Fort Washington State Park
Visit the dog-friendly Fort Washington State Park in Fort Washington, PA. Leashed furry friends are welcome at this 93-acre recreation area, which takes the name from the temporary fort that George Washington's troops built in 1777 before moving to Valley Forge. You and your pup will find ample opportunities for hiking and picnicking. Pets must be leashed at all times, cleaned up after, and aren't permitted in any buildings.
