Fallon National Wildlife Refuge
Leashed dogs can join you at Fallon National Wildlife Refuge, a very remote, pet-friendly recreation area reached via a primitive road about 18 miles from Fallon, NV. You and Fido can enjoy walking through this wilderness, though there are no developed trails. Bird watching, photography, picnicking, camping and hunting are also popular. There are no facilities available at this location, and proper planning is necessary prior to visiting this undeveloped, remote area.
