Gilbert Lake State Park

Gilbert Lake State Park is a dog-friendly recreation space in Laurens, NY. You and your leashed pup can explore over 12 miles of trails through the Catskills at this park. Camping, fishing, boating and cross-country skiing are also popular. You can bring a maximum of two pets and they must remain on a six-foot or shorter leash throughout your entire visit. Proof of a current rabies vaccination must be present. Pets aren't permitted in playgrounds, buildings, golf courses, boardwalks, pools and spray-grounds or guarded beaches.
