    Nice park

    1) I have been bring my husky here for the last year almost, he loves it!
    2) I do have some complaints: some people are rude as heck, there is only one water filling station, on the smaller side of the park (there’s also one out the outside coming in), and there is a giant mud hole! They spent a month ‘fixing’ stuff but couldn’t bother filling in the hole? Or I dunno putting in another watering area?

Also, in the entire time I’ve been here, there have been NO SIGNS that say one side is for smaller dogs and the other side is for larger dogs. So I’m not sure what Taylor is talking about.

    Over all 4/5 bones.

Great Park, smaller than the others

We enjoy going to this park, but it's not our favorite. It's smaller than the others we frequest, although still large enough for large dogs to play rough snd get their energy out. My biggest complaint is that in that there is not a water fixture for the dogs inside the larger of the two parks. There is walking trails around which we have yet to visit, but it's a cute park in the middle of the city.

    Worst park in town

This park is awful. There is a side for big dogs and a side for smaller dogs, which no one seems to pay attention to. There was a dog killed there a couple years ago. Why? Because the owners let their dog bully any other dog and think they are just playing. When your dog is being aggressive towards other dogs and starting dog fights, there is a problem and its usually because of the owner. Almost every person I know who has been to this park feels the same way and refuses to come back. Our dogs deserve better and other pet owners need to keep an eye on their dogs and do a better job training them.

    Great park when visiting

Bring our dog here when we visit from out of town. There are two parks connected. Always a good time.

    Wellington

We use to go to the park when our pups were younger, but then their started to be more and more dog fights. Its sad that even though lexington has four dog parks, most of the humans who frequent them are not be the best owners, as they let their dogs hump other dogs, allow them to play rough (not keeping collars on) to help when a dog fight happens. And the clickyness that happens from the humans at the parks are sad as well.

This park does have two sides, they are marked small and large but no one abides by them. One side has lots of shade trees as the other one has rolling hills great for running dogs. There is a water fountain outside of the park.

    great park

This is a great dog park. My Huskies and I, go there almost daily. Huskies play extremely rough and I've never had an issue with anyone being mad about it. The dog owners there are great!

    Great

This is a great park for dogs. It has 2 different sections for the dogs. It also has a track for biking and running, so you can get your exercise while your dog plays. The only downside is that the water fountain is outside the off the leash area.

dogs great; owners not so much

Not a great dog park if you want to see your dog have a good time. The owners there misinterpret playing for aggressive behavior -- more like a dog old folks home. Better off going to Masterson St.
