George Washington Birthplace National Monument
Fido is welcome to join you on the pet-friendly grounds of the George Washington Birthplace National Monument in Colonial Beach, VA. Enjoy the nature trail or bring a picnic to have on the Potomac River Beach with your furry friend. Please note that pets aren't allowed in the Memorial Area, Washington Family Burial Ground or in park buildings. Dogs must be cleaned up after and on a leash no longer than six feet. Pets can't be left unattended.
