    Great Park, but…….,

Well this weekend on Saturday August 13 our one year old male Aussie shepherd 50lbs was bitten by a female 8 year old Shiba Inu. Left an open wound. Pretty frustrating because we have visited this dog park several times and had no incidents. Now our dog is lethargic and sore and we have to wait for emergency room because they are booked. So we have an appointment tomorrow morning and hopefully they can help him. Please properly socialize your dogs with other dogs and if they don’t like other dogs then consider not exposing happy go lucky dogs to their viciousness. Great park, fun park but all the fun is a wash once your dog is attacked. No matter how attentive you are there is always the risk along with the expectation of responsible ownership.

    Our favorite dog park

This has been our favorite dog park for years and years. We took our 1st dog there when she was young and now take our 2 young pups as well. This park has a lot of space for the dogs to run and play, it has nice benches, access to drinking water and a nice walking path through a wooded area.

    Puppy Utopia!

Best place around to get those zoomies out and socialize your pups! So much area for dogs to run, play, and walk on the trail.

    Amazing!

Sooo, technically you’re supposed to have a pass.. but since we were just passing through we decided to go for it! Mabel LOVED this park. There was so much room to run around and many sniffs to be had. Highly recommend.

    Great Fun!

We have a puppy that is a little too rambunctious for the small dog side, so we played on the big dog side.

The dog owners were super friendly and their dogs were so well behaved and played great with our smaller puppy.

This is our new favorite dog park in Will County.

Off leash fun for dogs, walking exercise for people

Great off leash dog park, my Beagle snoop Loves this place. It is behind my house and real convenient to get to. I prefer to walk snoop here rather then on a leash in the neighborhood. He can run free and I can socialize with the people, a win win situation. I have met many friendly people here.

    People care

The people who visit this park get to know you. They look out for you and your dog. There are an awful lot of responsible dog parents out there.

    Average at best

This is an OK dog park. Ironically enough, the park has a lake...which is off limit to dogs. Lots of yuppies here who get upset and overreact at every dog interaction. Too much drama for me. I'd prefer to walk my dog on the leash away from it all.

My dog loves going to this dog park! She gets to be off leash and she always finds great dogs to run around with!
