White Plains Dog Park
White Plains Dog Park is an off-leash area operated and maintained by Charles County Parks and Grounds Division in White Plains, MD. This fenced park features two separate sections for large and small pups, a seasonal water spigot, a community message board, and benches. The park is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
