Tuscarora State Forest
Bring Fido to the pet-friendly Tuscarora State Forest near East Rutherford, PA. Leashed dogs are welcome at this state recreation area, which spans 96,025 acres across Cumberland County, Franklin County, Huntingdon County, Juniata County, Mifflin County and Perry County.
