Leashed dogs are welcome at The Cove Palisades State Park, a pet-friendly recreation area in Culver, OR. You and Fido can enjoy hiking, camping, picnicking, kayaking and fishing. The Deschutes Campground even offers a fenced off-leash pet exercise area, but outside of this space dogs must be leashed. Please clean up after your pup.
