Rush Creek State Natural Area

Leashed pets are welcome to join you on trails at Rush Creek State Natural Area, located on the banks of the Mississippi River in De Sota, WI. The area is made up of dry prairies, oak forests and 400-foot limestone-capped bluffs. While most Wisconsin prairies were lost to the plow or development, Rush Creek’s steepness and dry southwestern exposure are primarily responsible for its preservation. Visit Website
