Lowell Park
Lowell Park is a ten-acre community recreation space in Everett, WA. Leashed dogs and their owners can explore this park, which features a playground, walking path, picnic tables, an off-leash dog park, and athletic courts for basketball, pickleball, and tennis. Four-legged friends must be leashed unless in the designated dog park.
