    Second trip

This is a great dog park! Doggos can run and run and run with full floppy eared abandon!! we like to play hide and seek among the small trees and then rest n the shade on Adirondack type chairs s or benches in and the sun. There are 2 adjacent LARGE spaces with water. nice and clean!

    Huge Dog Park

Our dog Ladybird really enjoyed a good run yesterday. We were traveling from Florida and the location off the highway was great. Dog drinking fountain, poop bags, garbage cans and porta-potty available. New tress were planted within the fenced in large and small dog parks.

    Great Park

Biggest fenced in dog park we’ve ever been to. My pup loved it and so did we. Lots of room to run. There’s a large gap in a gate closure between the small and large dog sides. Your small dog could wiggle into the large dog side if they wanted to. Just FYI. A dog fountain is located at the top of a hill on the small dog side. Poop bags are provided. Really great visit.

    lots of space

This is one of the best dog parks in Lexington. It is a big fenced area that is mowed but usually isn't muddy like some other parks. It usually isn't crowded either. The only faucet is on the small dog side. There are two benches on big dog side. There are poop bag stations if you forget your own. Really a great space. It posts a number to report aggressive dogs and by default bad owners.

    Beware of aggressive dogs

This use to be my favorite park. Went there today and my dog got attacked by a blue colored great dane and a dalmatian (both owned by the same man). Both dogs attacked mine very aggressively for no reason, they just cornered him and grabbed him. Even when I picked my little dog up both large dogs kept jumping on me, biting me and my dog multiple times. The great dane grabbed a hold of my dogs hind leg, yanking and shaking him hard and wouldn't let go until I hit his nose. I could barley get my dog to the other side of the fence because both of these animals were being so aggressive. The owner was nowhere in sight during all of this. Though the man did eventually apologize, he did not leave and stayed there with his aggressive dogs. Mind you his dogs were on the "Little Dog" side of the park as well. I had to leave because it was not worth the risk of my dog being so viscously attacked again. I have never had a problem with any dogs at the park before this, I hope this man knows he is not welcomed back.

    Coldstream

There are four dog parks in Lexington. This one is the best. It is hard to find so there are not always alot of people and dogs there, which can we good and bad. There is no water fountain so bring your own, and not much shade. There are like two benches. There is a big and small side. The big size is pretty big, but if your dog likes to run you'll have to stand in the middle to see all size, as their is a hill that keeps you from seeing the other side.

    great!

Huge dog park, lots of room to play in, well maintained. The only downside is that we only saw one water fountain.

    Coldstream Park

Honey and I visited this park last night (6/27/13). It was very nice. Plenty of room for dogs. They have fresh water available and is very well maintained. They even have a small bench for the owners. They are also open 24 hours. We will be going back this morning.
