Franklin Gulf
Franklin Gulf, formerly known as Larkin Woods, is a pet-friendly, 631-acre county park in North Collins, NY. Leashed dogs are welcome to this recreation area, which features wooded trails, creeks, ravines, waterfalls, and ledge outcroppings. Parking is available on Larkin Road near the town line.
