Hagood Mill Historic Site
The pet-friendly Hagood Mill Historic Site in Pickens, SC, is a scenic heritage destination where history and nature come alive. Leashed dogs are welcome throughout the grounds. Centered around one of the state’s oldest operating grist mills (dating to 1845), the site features historic cabins, a blacksmith shop, a moonshine still and the Hagood Creek Petroglyph Site with ancient Native American rock carvings. Visitors can explore interactive exhibits, hiking trails, picnic areas, disc golf, and seasonal events with music and demonstrations.
