paved trails
After all the rain, the grass was green and full of ground squirrels and wildlife. Another woman told us that her dog had come across a wild turkey and a chicken in the morning there. My dog loved sticking his nose in all the squirrel holes. There is a paved trail and there are little side trails that run next to the creek. There are a couple of access points where you can get down next to the creek. The only problem we had was that there were a lot of people on the paved trails which made us want to go onto the side trails but it looks like the side trails are meant for mountain bikers, who didn't expect to see us on some of their trails.
