Luna went to the cave, the Mystery House, the Lost Maze and “helped” mine for gemstones. Great tour guide, Jerry.

My best friend went on a roadtrip with our dogs from ND. We made it a priority to stop and take a cave tour with our dogs. It was the perfect way to cool them off from the hot summer sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and encouraging towards our dogs.

Two humans and two dogs enjoyed our one hour guided tour through the cavern! Very unique experience to take your pups on. Everyone was very dog friendly.

My wife, 2 dogs and I did the 1 hour guided tour of the caverns. It was very informative and fun. The dogs had a great time investigating new smells and drinking from the natural spring water inside the cavern. Everyone there was extremely dog friendly and we all had a great time.
- RachelMore than a year agoGreat place for well-behaved dogs
We went to the cavern yesterday an had a great time- our 2 dogs are 6 and 12 and are used to being in a variety of social situations. The tour guide was great!! The tours are over an hour and you are in very close quarters in the cavern, stoppjng very frequently, with possibly unsupervised children running up to your dogs (loudly) and "petting" them. It is also very dark and they even shut the lights out for several seconds (complete darkness) for the "feel." So I would not recommend this for dogs who spook easy or who become restless easily. It's very slow paced and intimate and it's tough to get a lot of space between yourself and others if you need to.

The tour is about an hour long and cost around $13 a person. We took our Westie on the tour and saw 3 other dogs while there. There are a few trails to walk after the tour if you like. It's about 22 miles from Eureka Springs on the south side of Beaver Lake. Eureka Springs is very dog friendly. Every store or shop we went to let us take her inside. You can also dine with your pet at a place called "Local Flavor Cafe" which was pretty cool. We had a good time. It was something to do where our dog could tag along so that made it pretty fun.
