Great walks for you & your dog!

Paulinskill Valley Trail offers miles of flat. wide trails through Sussex County. These old railroad beds are used frequently by dog walkers, bikers, horse-back riders, and hikers. There is plenty of room for all to enjoy. Most entry points provide a small parking area for vehicles. Most of the trail is shaded which makes for great strolls even during the hot weather. Trail can get muddy in spots especially in the spring months or after a heavy rain. Bug spray suggested for humans. Ticks not such a concern as the trail is wide and it is easy to avoid tall grass.
