    Cedar Butte Trail

We did this hike over the weekend. Moderate with only a few steep portions. Approx 3 miles. John Wayne Trail portion at bottom is wide and gravelly with several bikers, runners. After you cross a little bridge (Buxton Creek?) there is the turn off on right for Cedar Butte. Lightly trafficked, most people had leashed dogs. View at top is decent. Nice little trail and my dog loved it. Had lunch at top and shared with the two local camp robbers (gray jays) LOL
