Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail

The Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk Fido in Phoenix! The map below shows a parking area with convenient access to the Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail. Rails-to-Trails Conservancy has generously provided map data for this trail to Bring Fido for informational purposes only. For more detailed trail information, please visit TrailLink.com. This so the “rails to trails” trail

the parking lots is rather small. I think it is more for bikers or walkers. so if you have an active dog that likes to walk this would be nice. our dog is so lazy she made it like 40 ft before she just laid down. She was fine going down the wooden stairs that lead to a canoe boat ramp. There is a 6’x6’ cement slab at the end of the wooden stair case, it was nice place to sit with her for a little bit. She was able to drink the water off the side. Over all not for out very lazy pit but could be good for some.
