    Bluebonnet Trail

My husband and I rode this trail today. We began our ride at Archgate Park off Tennyson/Archgate Rd. because there is good parking there (we trailer our bikes). We started our bike ride going east on the trail and continued to Alma, then turned around and back to Archgate Park. We estimate that it is about 4 1/2 miles one way. I am new to biking, so I liked this trail because it is basically flat without hills and dales which makes it an easy ride for a new biker. The trail is paved and smooth and all grass is mowed. I gave a rating of "4 bones" only because there is no shade and you are riding under an area of power lines. That didn't bother me. It's a very good trail. Lots of people out with their kids and dogs.
