Reviews
Visitors generally rate Lake Eola Park highly for its scenic walking paths, dog-friendly amenities, and nearby pet-friendly restaurants. Some note the park can be crowded and that caution is advised around wildlife like geese, while others suggest an off-leash area would improve the experience for small dogs.

Nice walk for your dog. Even better when the Paws in the Park event is going on!
- NeftaliJan 3, 2024Great park for a walk
Great place to walk the dog with plenty of shade and restaurants. Beware If your dog is reactive to other dogs, wild life, or humans. The day I went it was packed and had to pay for parking but it was worth it.

This park was clean, offered plenty of shade and activities for the entire family- including our pup! Highly recommend

It is such a nice place to visit. We walked around the lake two times. We stopped at Metro Expresso Pizza for Lunch, yes, they are pet friendly. The staff was amazing and very accommodating to our dog. We also went by Eola Pets to buy some freshly baked treats for our good boy. and before we left we rode the swan boats, I recommend to bring your own life jackets for your pup, they do not provide one.

Nice park in downtown Orlando to walk your furbaby around the lake. Concrete path, lots of grass. Several restaurants with outdoor patio.

Great for a nice on leash walk, restaurant on the path is dog friendly.
- TerryMore than a year agoBeautiful Park, Dog-Friendly
This is a beautiful place! Once or twice around the lake would be a perfect, light walk for small dogs or a slightly out-of-shape pooch like mine. Big dogs who are in good shape would probably be happy with 5 laps around. The park is definitely dog-friendly. There are well-stocked poop-bag stations everywhere. (Of course, I always carry my own. My pup hasn't quite mastered waiting until we're right near one of the poop stations.) The scenery is lovely and there are lots of interesting grassy and mulched areas for dogs to explore. If you go there, stop for lunch at Relax Grill, which is right in the park, near the amphitheater. It's dog-friendly, offers a great view and good, cheap eats.

The geese attack dogs.
- AmyMore than a year agoNeeds an off leash area for small doga
There are many condo and apartment residents in the downtown Orlando area that need a place for our dogs to play off leash. Surely an area of the park can be fenced so our dogs can play together.
