Cowiche Canyon Trail

The Cowiche Canyon Trail in Yakima, WA, is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this dog-friendly "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk Fido in Yakima! The map below shows a trailhead where you can pick up the Cowiche Canyon Trail.     Fun easy trail

    Hannah loved it and she was tuckered at when we finished! Good trail not too hard not too easy. I loved it!

    This trail is amazing! you are allowed to hike with your dog off leash under voice control past the trailhead.
