Herman Gulch Trail
Herman Gulch Trail in Silver Plume, CO, is a 6.4-mile, pet-friendly hike in Arapaho National Forest that will take about 5 hours to complete with Fido. The Forest Service requires the use of a leash due to the popularity of this trail. Dogs love it for the many rivulets and streamlet crossings. When you arrive at Herman Lake, feel free to take Fido off the leash for a splash in the frigid water.
