Cutthroat Pass via the Pacific Crest Trail
Cutthroat Pass via the Pacific Crest Trail is a 10-mile pet-friendly hike in Mazama, WA within the Okanogan National Forest that will take about six hours to complete with Fido. This trail is beautiful in late summer when the wildflowers are in bloom, filling the meadows with color. Late September is the best time to take in the colors of autumn as the leaves change color. Once the snow has melted, around midsummer, the trail dries up and you will need to bring extra water along. Pups are welcome but must remain leashed.
