Lover's Leap Loop Trail
Lover's Leap Loop Trail in Hot Springs, NC, is pet friendly. It's a difficult, 1.6 mile hike in Pisgah National Forest that will take about 1 hour to complete with Fido. This short trail is possibly the best part of the loop for dogs with its shade trees along the French Broad River. Be sure your dog has energy for this hike, since it gets rocky and difficult as you go on. Please note that dogs must be on a leash.
