Maxwell Lake Trail

The Maxwell Lake Trail is a pet-friendly path in Lostine, OR. It's a moderately easy, 7-mile hike in Eagle Cap Wilderness that will take about 5 hours to complete with Fido. There is a camping area near the trailhead or just set out on your hike straight from the parking lot. Water from Maxwell Creek is available at the beginning of the hike, but you might want to bring some along for the rest of the trail. Please note that a Northwest Forest Pass is required.
