Mixed reviews, but NO to small dog park

The off leash grounds up high are great, but be careful of careless owners and aggressive dogs. Same goes for the enclosed dog park (not the small dog area). Open area has very little shade so tends to get hot. Foxtails a problem in summer and a bit muddy after rains. But the area is large and your dogs will have lots of fun running full speed!

I have tried to take my 20 lb dog to the small dog park (35lbs and under or shy dogs). Last 3 times I have wanted to take my shyer dog, but there were several large dogs. Grown labs, pitbulls, and border collies were playing inside. When I inquired when the small dogs could use the area, I was harangued and verbally abused for causing my dog to be "shy" and their large dogs were not going to leave. One particularly big, menacing man wouldn't let it go and kept on about my being the problem. I am not going to take my girl in there with those kind of people. I still get upset. So, overall, some kind, caring people, but watch out for the few nasties that can ruin the day!

    Great dog park

Beat park around. It has off leash and on leash areas, it's huge and you meet all kinds of friendly dogs. The areas are clearly marked and they provide poop bags and water. There are multiple water areas as well.

    Great place to bring fido

This is a great park. It has a fenced in area for dogs to play for both small and large dogs. Then it also has a huge area to let your dog walk or run while you walk or run around the loop. Yes there are areas for dogs on leashes but its still the best dog park I have found. They do provide bags for dog waste and bowls for water.
