    Wear Hiking Boots!

Most importantly it’s a great huge space! My big idiot dog tried to slide under entrance gate, so small dogs beware, it can be escapable. It was barely occupied on a Saturday morning, which was nice!

It is a little hard to find - you need to pull in at steakhouse/golf sign

    Wonderful dog park!

I took my dog here the day after we drove here from Virginia. This is the nicest dog park I’ve ever been to! There is very little dirt and it’s nice to have the big and small dog areas separate. Make sure you bring your own water and bowl! It is a little hard to find if you’ve never been there, but if you park by the steakhouse you’ll notice a path that takes you there.

    PARVO - STAY AWAY

    **Attention Community Members!**
The Waterville Dog Park has been exposed to Parvo, a very contagious and potentially lethal disease.
The city recommends that only dogs that are over 1 year old, in good health and fully vaccinated (distemper vaccine(s) given in the past year) use this yard.
    USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
The city is not responsible for medical bills incurred due to possible exposure if you choose to use this yard. Thank you for you cooperation and understanding.

    Surprisingly perfect!

We took our 11 month old German Shepherd mix puppy to the dog park today and were surprised to discover lush green grass, trees, a separate area for smaller dogs and some picnic tables. There was a ton of space for the dogs to run around in, too. My only criticism is the location (you've got to walk down a hill and over a culvert to get there) but once you know it's there it is easy to find.
Make sure you bring some water for your dog and don't forget a tennis ball to throw in case you're all by yourselves.

Oh, and make sure to tell a friend! The more people who hear about it the more fun it is for our buddy!
