Rail Explorers Rail Explorers is pet-friendly. This year-round, all-ages, outdoor-adventure attraction features pedal-powered rail bikes that welcome four-legged riders, too. Tandem Rail Explorers (up to two riders) or Quad Rail Explorers rail bikes (up to four riders) are available. Dogs are welcome, as long as they are leashed or strapped in a carrier. Space on the explorers is limited, so larger dogs may not fit comfortably and may be in danger of being struck by the pedals or pinched by the chains. To get there from Las Vegas, you take 93 Southbound past the Hoover Dam about 4 miles. You will then need to use the crossover to get to 93 Northbound. You will actually pass the trailhead and need to backtrack. The trailhead is clearly marked. Make sure to bring plenty of water for you and your pup. See Details
