Pet Friendly Garner State Park
Garner State Park Garner State Park in Concan, TX is a dog-friendly recreation area with 16 miles of scenic trails. Located in Hill County, the park occupies 1,774 acres and a 2.9 mile stretch of the Frio River. Take in mountain views from all vantage points along the 2.9 mile Frio Canyon Trail, or Traverse the 1.7 mile Foshee Trail and access the expansive and secluded back country. Dogs must be leashed on all trails within the park. Along with hiking, Garner State Park is an ideal spot to camp, study nature, picnic, canoe, fish, geocache and ride bikes with Fido. Garner State Park charges a small admission fee for adults and a nightly fee apples to all campsites throughout the park.
