Sherrill Dog Park Sherrill Dog Park is a fenced space for pups to play in Sherrill. Located at Moench Park, known locally as “The Pit,” the ball field at the park has been used by dogs and their owners for a while, but the space is finally being spruced up and given official dog park status. Annual memberships which will go towards the park’s upkeep will cost Sherrill residents $50 per pup and can be obtained from the website. The park is open every day of the week from dawn until dusk. Chittenango Falls State Park Chittenango Falls State Park is a pet-friendly recreation space in Cazenovia, NY. You and Fido can walk the winding trails through gorges to view the beautiful 167-foot tall waterfall that the park is named for. Fishing and picnicking are also popular. You can bring a maximum of two pets and they must remain on a six-foot or shorter leash throughout your entire visit. Proof of a current rabies vaccination must be present.
