    Greenhorn Park Greenhorn Park is one of the eight parks maintained by the City of Yreka. Dogs are welcome at Greenhorn Park but must be leashed on a lead no longer than 6-feet in developed areas. Dogs may run off-leash under the control of their owner or handler within undeveloped areas of Greenhorn Park; provided, however, that the owner or handler shall have a leash in his or her possession and keep the dog under control at all times.
