Waterfall Trail is an easy to moderate trail which is suitable for the whole family. The hike begins at the Waterfall Trail/Off Leash Dog Park parking lot and the trailhead entrance is located between two stacked stone piles and marked with a sign and green blazes.
For an all-day outing on a moderate to difficult route, pack a lunch and set out for 7.75 mile journey along Red Trail. Park at the Panhandle Connector lot where the trailhead marker is underneath the large tree at the corner of the parking lot.

Tomlinson Run State Park
Tomlinson Run State Park offers more than 1300 acres of outdoor recreation in New Cumberland, WV. The area boasts fishing, hiking, camping and other activities. Hikers can follow the park's pet-friendly trails through towering white oaks, wide valleys and down to Tomlinson Run Stream. Fido is welcome to join you for a walk, but dogs must be leashed.
