Outagamie County Pet Exercise Area Small dog park off the South Park, open from late April to December (or first heavy snow) from 7 am until dusk. Trash cans are scattered throughout the park and bags are available at the entrances and outside the North park’s back gate. Directions: Take Northland Ave (Highway OO) east under US 441 overpass to French road, turn left and enter at one of two parking lots on the right side. First lot (“South Park”) has trails with benches along and the second lot (“North Park”) has a field and open-air shelter. A gate at the front and back of the North Park connects the parks.
