Pacific Plaza is pet-friendly. This surface parking lot has been fully transformed into a 3.74-acre neighborhood park in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Featuring a pavilion, lawn space and large swings, there's something for everybody here. James W. Aston Park is now contained within the space, along with one block of Live Oak Street to show off mature grove of trees along Pacific Avenue.
