The park is located on the southwest intersection of Good-Latimer Expressway and Commerce Streets, underneath the elevated portion of US 75. The magnificent 7-acre park features small and large dog play areas, a 1/4-mile walking trail, a deck overlooking White Rock Creek, human and doggie drinking fountains, and much more. The grounds are landscaped with native and hardy plantings and stone decking and seating. In keeping with the city's goals of being energy efficient, the sprinkler system is solar-powered. You'll hardly know you're in the middle of Far North Dallas. The park is open from sunup to sundown Tuesday-Sunday. The park is closed on Monday for maintenance.

Located at the southwest corner of B.F. Phillips Community Park, 3335 4th Army Memorial, Ruff Range provides 2.5 acres of open space including hills, terrain, trees, pavilions and benches for dogs and their owners to enjoy. Ruff Range provides an area for smaller dogs, weighing less than 25 pounds, and a separate area for larger dogs, weighing 25 pounds or more. Ruff Range will be open sunrise to sunset, every day except Thursdays when the facility will be closed for maintenance. Ruff Range is the result of a collaborative partnership involving the Frisco’s Park & Recreation Department, Parks & Recreation Board, the Frisco Community Development Corporation (FCDC) and the Frisco Dog Park, Inc., a local organization.

Hound Mound Dog Park

Hound Mound Dog Park in Flower Mound features several large fenced in areas for dog owners to bring their canines to play and socialize. The park has separate areas for small and large dogs, and amenities include natural shade, hybrid Bermuda turf, irrigation, seating areas with water fountains, trash receptacles, pet waste stations, landscaping, and 40 parking spaces.
