The Bark at Central Park is an exciting new addition for local dog owners of Rancho Cucamonga. Three separate 1-acre enclosures are available for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Each space includes agility obstacles, decorative boulders and waste stations. A shelter, benches and water fountains for both humans and pups are also available. Leashed dogs are also welcome to enjoy paved trails, open fields, and picnicking spots outside of the dog park.

When Fido is ready to lie down, you can check into the pet-friendly La Quinta by Wyndham Ontario Airport, and pick up dinner from Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, just a few blocks away.

Charleston-native brewery, Frothy Beard has officially expanded into North Carolina with their new taproom in Charlotte. Fido can join you outside in the spacious beer garden which features shady trees, umbrella-covered picnic tables and yard games. They even host a Yappy Hour event every Monday evening from 4 to 7 p.m. During this time, your four-legged friend can indulge in a pup cup, tasty treats and even receive a brewery-themed toy. For humans, there are $5 pints of beer! Whether you prefer a light ale, a hoppy brew, a robust stout or even something sour, you'll find it on tap here. Food trucks are on site every weekend, and there are future plans to include a kitchen.

When you’re ready to call it a day, head back to Hyatt House Charlotte Center City, a modern hotel in the heart of downtown.

K9 Corner Dog Park is the newest dog park in Semmes, located just north of Semmes Community Park. Fido can become a regular at the park while the two of you meet with other local dogs and dog owners. The grass-covered area features shady trees and separate spaces for large and small dogs, both with their own sets of agility equipment. The park also includes several benches for you to sit and watch your pooch as he burns off energy. Additional amenities include waste stations and water fountains to keep your hound hydrated.

When you and your pup are ready for a nap, you can head over to Hampton Inn and Suites Mobile Providence Park Airport, which includes grassy areas for pet relief on the property.

If you’re hungry, the kitchen features menu items like a Local Meat and Cheese Board, Lobster Dip, Margherita Flatbread and a delicious Milky Galaxy Cake. This new spot will be a great place for you and Fido to wind down and bond with each other in a relaxing atmosphere.

This new recreation spot also includes two small dog parks on the north and south ends, both fully fenced with waste stations and water fountains. The park and its amenities will serve as a vibrant community hub, right in the heart of the city.

Shady trees are scattered throughout, along with a paved path, boulders for climbing, and benches for you to relax while your pup has a blast! Waste stations and drinking fountains are also conveniently available.

Once Fido has burned off all his energy, you can bring him back to Aloft Detroit at The David Whitney, where he’ll receive a treat at check-in.
