Pet Friendly Camp Nelson Trail
Camp Nelson Trail Camp Nelson Trail is great for dogs. The trail is moderate uphill heading in, with lots and lots of shade from giant sequoias so it’s not too hot. Cool down at the creeks dotted along the trail. There are a couple of narrow little walking bridges on fallen trees that might intimidate a dog but if they are small enough to carry or don’t mind just walking through the water they will be fine. It’s about 4 miles in and 4 miles out. Dogs are welcome, as long as they are cleaned up after. See Details
