Taps & Tails Dog Bar Taps & Tails Dog Bar is dog-friendly bar and park in Cleveland, OH, with indoor and outdoor areas for dogs to play. Hungry hounds can chow down on treats, while their owners enjoy eats from some of the area’s freshest food trucks on a rotating schedule. If you have to head back to the office soon, doggy daycare will also be available so you can drop Fido off for a day of fun while you’re at work. To bring your dog you must either purchase a Guest Pass or Membership. Dogs must be registered prior to entering with all waivers signed and proof of vaccinations up to date. Dogs in the park must wear a collar displaying current tags with name and contact info.
