Shanghai Binhai Forest Park (Northwest Gate) Shanghai Binhai Forest Park is pet-friendly. Located around an hour from Shanghai, this park is well worth the trip. Known for its tulip displays from March to early May, wander on the walkways with your pooch and check out the artificial windmills and ponds year-round. The park is open every day of the week from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Admission is free, but don’t forget to bring your license. Dog owners pay 40 RMB entry. See Details
