Parc Bordelais Parc Bordelais is dog-friendly. This 19th-century park is home to over 3,000 trees and numerous activities for children such as a petting zoo with farm animals and a small train. Leashed dogs are also allowed to join their owners on the pathways that wind around this pretty park. Well-behaved pups can even sit and enjoy a puppet show when the weather is nice. Pet Friendly Rederij Paping
Rederij Paping Amsterdam is famed the world over for the winding canals that weave through the historic cobble stoned streets of the capital city. One of the best ways to take it all in is on a dog-friendly boat tour, such as the one offered by Rederij Paping. The canals are a UNESCO world heritage site, lined with over 8500 monumental buildings that you and your sea dog can enjoy from the comfort of the boat. This hour-long cruise has drawn tourists for generations, ever since Sir Walter Scott’s vivid descriptions inspired a generation of Victorian tourists to visit the loch to see the landscape for themselves. Your City Bike There's no better way to tour one of the world's most bike-friendly cities than on two wheels, and Your City Bike allows you to do this with Fido in tow, or more specifically, in basket. They are located a short distance from the biggest street market in Europe, the museum district, and the largest pet-friendly park in the city, Vondelpark. You'll find two options depending on the size of your dog: a small basket on the front for little dogs or a larger cargo bike for bigger dogs. Drottningholm Palace - the Royal Parks Fido is welcome to accompany you to the dog-friendly royal parks surrounding Drottningholm Palace, located just outside Stockholm, Sweden. Dogs must remain on a leash during your visit and waste must be collected. Open year round, the most popular park for visitors is Drottningholm Palace Park which takes you through a formal garden planned in the late 17th century. Situated in The Baroque Garden are grand bronze sculptures which are cast copies of originals by the Dutch sculptor Adriaen de Vries. A walk to the gardens around the Chinese Pavillion will lead you past waterways lined with chestnut trees. The English Park has two ponds with canals, islands and beautiful bridges, large lawns, groves and tree-lined avenues. Black Bikes One of the best ways to see Amsterdam is to join a guided tour, so why not give Fido one in the basket of a dog-friendly bike rental from Black Bikes? The Cargo Bike Rental will cost you 16 EUR for 3 hours and you're welcome to transport Fido in the basket, but you do it at your own risk, especially as those cobbled streets can get pretty bumpy! Bakken Bakken is a dog-friendly amusement park near Klampenborg in Denmark. The park's premium location ten minutes from Copenhagen make it well worth a visit if your nearby. Dogs are welcome to join their owners in the park, as long as they are leashed and under control. The park was founded in 1583 and is actually the world's oldest amusement park. It's also one of the few where Fido can join in the fun. Bakken is open from April 12th 2019. Entrance is free. Bakken is open Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 10pm and Friday through Sunday from 12pm to 12am. See Details
Flevopark Flevopark is a dog-friendly park on the eastern side of Amsterdam in the Indische Buurt neighborhood. Home to a swimming area for dogs in the summer, this is a great spot for pets to cool down when they have had enough of sightseeing in the city on sunny days. Just outside the park you'll find the Jewish Cemetery, a moving tribute to those lost from the Jewish community, with graves dating back to 1614. The park leads out onto a canal, and is even home to a distillery with outdoor tables. See Details
Baba Beach Alassio Dogs are welcome at Baba Beach Alassio, located on the western coast of Northern Italy. This picturesque beach is ideal for pets and their owners who love the sun, sand, and sea. The popular beach and recreational facility is home to a section dedicated to dogs with three pet-friendly terraces and showers available. You can wash your pet off in one of the doggy showers that are equipped with complimentary products just for pooches. The restaurant that is found off the beach is also pet-friendly, so you can grab a bite to eat after you're done enjoying the views of the ocean. You and Fido can wander through the interesting sculpture garden full of striking monuments, including one that commemorates the abolition of slavery in the Netherlands.
