Three Mile Bend Located in northeast Red Deer, this off-leash area runs along the Red Deer River and is a great place to let your dogs run. It is accessible from several spots via a 1 km paved road, and there are several parking lots as well. Once you leave the paved road, you have many dirt paths that run near the river.
