Jamesville Beach Off-leash Dog Park There is a un-fenced, shared use off-leash dog area in Jamesville Beach Park which accesses the Jamesville Reservoir. Proof of a current rabies vaccine may be required on site.Dogs on leash are allowed in the rest of the park except that they are not allowed in the beach areas during the summer beach season. During the winter dogs may use the beach areas on leash. There is a disc golf course in the park. Dogs must always be cleaned up after throughout the park.

Carm's Dog House Park at Ormand Spencer Park Carm's Dog House Park at Ormand Spencer Park is a dog-friendly park in Syracuse, NY where Fido is welcome to run, jump, and romp around with his favorite friends! A special note to our users: no food is allowed inside the park - this includes dog food and treats. Your dog must be on-leash when entering and leaving the dog park; leashes must be no longer than six feet. Your dog must have a valid license and have current rabies shot. Dogs should have their metal ID tag with a validated identification number attached to their collar. Owners without proof of rabies vaccine or license will be asked to leave the dog park. Wegmans Good Dog Park This fenced dog play area has a dog obstacle course, and large run area with pea gravel. There are two separate areas for small and big dogs. The entrance has two gates so dogs cannot escape enclosed area. No Fee. Onondaga Lake park also has an excellent dog walk path (on-leash, with doggie bag stations) that goes for 5 miles along the lake that is shared by pedestrians.
