Hoffer Lakes Trail Hoffer Lakes Trail is a pet-friendly path in Baker City, OR. It's an easy, 2-mile hike in Wallowa-Whitman National Forest that will take about 1 hour to complete with Fido. From the parking lot head down the path that follows the east side of Anthony Lake. Shortly you will come to the Hoffer Lakes Trail on your left. This trail has plenty of water as it borders Parker Creek, winds through marshy meadows, and comes out at the banks of Hoffer Lake. Please note that a Northwest Forest Pass is required. See Details

It's a moderately easy, 2.5-mile hike in Wallowa-Whitman National Forest that will take about 2 hours to complete with Fido. Stroll along this nice short hike and you will notice the effects of fires from both 1996 and 1962. The final destination is to a pleasant lake in the basin.
