Delhi Metropark Delhi Metropark is a dog-friendly park located five miles northwest of Ann Arbor, MI. Dogs must remain leashed and are not permitted in nature and farm areas, on beaches or in buildings. Breathe in the sweet smell of 53 acres of mature oak trees and open, grassy lawns. Nestled against a bend in the Huron River, this is a popular fishing and canoeing destination. Spot a great blue heron hiding along the shore, turtles basking on a rock or a white-tailed deer roaming the grounds. A picnic shelter is available near the Huron River. Broadway Park Broadway Park is a dog-friendly, 5-acre park located along the Huron River in Ann Arbor, MI. It connects to Riverside Park by an asphalt path and has a staircase to Broadway crossing under the bridge. It has mostly open field area with clusters of trees and shrubs and features a great stretch of river for canoeing. This park features a dog run where Fido can run off leash. The Park is 302 acres of rolling hills, wetlands, and old pastures. Dogs visiting Highland Oaks must be leashed.
