Fair Haven Beach State Park Fair Haven Beach State Park is a pet-friendly recreation area in Fair Haven, NY. This park boasts sandy beaches, shoreline bluffs and scenic woodlands. You and your leashed dog can enjoy hiking, picnicking, camping, kayaking and cross-country skiing in the winter months.
