North Fork Trail This 5.5-mile hike, in Roosevelt National Forest near Drake, CO, will take about 6 hours to complete with Fido. The pet-friendly North Fork Trail can be accessed via the Dunraven Trailhead graveled parking lot. From the parking area, the trail drops into a canyon and follows the North Fork of the Big Thompson for several miles with footbridges placed at some of the stream crossings.
