Fillmore Glen State Park Leashed pups can join you at Fillmore Glen State Park, a dog-friendly recreation site in Moravia, NY. Finger Lakes Trail The Finger Lakes Trail is a dog-friendly route from the Pennsylvania-New York border in Allegany State Park to the Catskill Forest Preserve. The longest continuous hiking trail in New York State, this trail stretches across 549 miles to the eastern terminus at the junction of the Long Path, and 950 miles to the summit of Slide Mountain.
