Join us Saturday, August 20th, for National Mill Dog Rescue’s Dog Jog, a family and dog-friendly 5K/1K walk/run at Cottonwood Creek Park in Colorado Springs, Colorado! Don’t miss the fun…voted bronze in the Best of the Springs for ‘Fun Way to Support a Charity’! This dog friendly community event benefits National Mill Dog Rescue and features a fun 5k/1k walk/run, vendors, prizes, dogs, contests, event t-shirts for participants and more! If you can’t attend in person, register as a Drowsy Dog….stay at home and receive an NMDR Visor. Dogs are welcome on a leash. 100% of the proceeds from the 2016 Dog Jog will benefit National Mill Dog Rescue, whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home discarded breeding dogs who have spent their lives living in puppy mills, and to educate the general public about the cruel realities of the commercial dog breeding industry.
