Leashed dogs are welcome at this annual festival weekend featuring over 150 scarecrows displayed throughout the village, pumpkin painting, live entertainment, children's activities, and outdoor food and drinks!

Treat your pup to a splash-filled day at this annual dog swim event before the outdoor pools close for the season. Dogs can swim, play, and socialize in both the fenced-in main pool and toddler pool, with grassy areas available for relaxing. Guests are encouraged to bring donations of pet food, toys, towels, or other supplies to benefit a local animal shelter. Dogs need to be at least 3 months old, current on vaccinations, and supervised at all times. There's a maximum of two dogs per adult.

This scenic walk and family-friendly celebration features a canine costume contest, agility course, adoptable dogs, live music, food trucks, games, dozens of vendors, and a beer garden with Dock Street Brewing. This fun-filled fall event features over 100 vendors, delicious food trucks, raffle baskets, a dog agility course, costume contests, and pup cups from a partial dog menu. And don’t forget—it’s howloween, so costumes are highly encouraged for both humans and pups. The 5K begins at 9 AM, and the one-mile walk starts at 11:00 AM.

The Arthritis Foundation’s race is the original festive race for charity with your pup. It’s where you can strut your stuff in your favorite holiday costume. Bring a team of friends, family, and co-workers to run or walk. Please ensure your dog is kept on a leash. Check-in starts at 8:30 AM and the race begins at 10 AM.

Bring Fido to these special days and events where dogs are allowed to go on their very own zoo excursion! Dog admission is limited and rules are in place to help ensure comfort and safety for everyone and the zoo’s animals. All guests visiting the zoo with a dog must complete an online application and submit required documents before purchasing tickets. Please note, dogs are currently not permitted inside the Barn, Wetlands Boardwalk, Feeding Decks, and Harmony Hideaway. Habitat HQ and Trail of the Jaguar may have limited access depending on the day of your visit. The event will be paused for the months of July and August.
